Code_Climate is the grand prize winning entry of the 2016 Student Visualization Contest, by Santhosh Radhakrishnan. The painting is a timeline starting from the year 1880 on the left to 2016 on the right with each year represented by a brush stroke. Blue strokes indicate a cooler climate and red strokes a warmer climate, compared against the 1951-1980 average temperature anomaly. The piece tells the story of a warming climate over time.
